OpsPages is a free Internet-based directory of service providers and vendors in the real estate industry.  OpsPages includes providers from 200+ categories ranging from hardware stores to temp agencies.  Users can search for suppliers by location or service category, read reviews and ratings from other users about suppliers, and request quotes from participating suppliers.  OpsPages is a service created by OpsTechnology, the leading provider of on-demand purchasing, payables, and procurement solutions to the real estate industry and its providers.
 
Property managers can use OpsPages to create personalize lists of their supplier contacts, find local suppliers by zip code and category, contact multiple suppliers to bid for work, read and write reviews about suppliers, and track project bids online.  Suppliers and service providers are listed for free in the guide, and can pay extra fees for premium listings.

One of the major benefits of using OpsPages is the ability to request a quote from participating suppliers directly through the site:

Getting Listed 
 
Suppliers and service providers can simply go to the OpsPages Web site and submit their information for a free basic listing, which includes the company name, address. phone number, Web site and inclusion of any two categories.  Premium listings ($199/ year) include all of the features of the basic listing in addition to a detailed summary description, a photo gallery, higher page position and Request for Quote Participation.  A showcase listing ($399/year) is reserved for one vendor in each category, and includes a logo image, contact form and the top position in each category.  Suppliers can also place banner ads on our home page or in a specific category, and can also take advantage of other promotional programs, such as sponsoring the OpsPages newsletter, which is sent to all participating companies.
